Administrative Order A-2026-026 realigns six divisions effective August 24, 2026. Logan Murphy is assigned to Circuit Civil Division "D"; Richard H. Martin to Criminal Division "O"; Emily Peacock to Juvenile Dependency Divisions "B" and "J." Juvenile Dependency Division "C" is abolished by companion order S-2026-022, and newly created County Civil Division "X" (created by S-2026-021) is assigned to Judge Manning. Because this order is future-effective, division assignments published today will change on that date — verify the presiding judge before relying on any division-specific procedure for a hearing set on or after August 24, 2026.

The 17th Circuit's circuit-wide AI disclosure/certification mandate (Jan 2026, twice amended) was VACATED in its entirety effective June 15, 2026 by Chief Judge Phillips's AO 2026-19-Gen, expressly citing the statewide framework (AOSC26-12; Rule 2.515(d)(2), SC2026-0673). Several division procedure pages still cite the vacated order.
