These numbers are read live from the database, not hardcoded. All 20 Florida judicial circuits are complete: every circuit's administrative-order register is proven against that court's own published denominator, with every residual named. Texas coverage is county-by-county — each covered county publishes only at its own verified unit close, and the live list is below. Judge-level procedure depth still varies, and the remaining items are listed openly — we would rather show the work than imply coverage we don't have.

Every Florida circuit's administrative-order register has been closed against the court's own denominator, dated proofs on file — the last, the 19th, closed 2026-08-03. Every item below is resolved and verified live: the 2026-08-04 verification wave re-verified 377 of 390 medium rules to high confidence with independent re-fetch proof — 99.9% of all published rules now carry live-fetch-verified high confidence — and the 13 that remain each carry evidence on the record (a court's systems down for maintenance at verification time, or scanned-image sources queued for OCR with human review). This is what “done” looks like when you refuse to call it done early.
A circuit is done when every gap has a named, verified reason — not when the numbers look good. This ledger is curated from the audit record and re-checked against the live database; entries move to resolved only after the closing work is verified live.
