Professional and Firm membership disclosure: professional access is granted on a sworn credential attestation, and BenchPath runs internal compliance checks on professional accounts. For paid attorney and firm memberships (monthly or yearly), an account holder who cannot or does not complete requested identity or credential verification is subject to membership cancellation and a non-refundable account-cancellation fee of $499.99, per the Terms of Use. Submitting false credentials is fraud and is pursued per the professional agreement's enforcement terms. This fee does not apply to free accounts.

ProfessionalWhat happens if I burn through 25 reports in a month?+
Reports meter on generation, not on viewing — re-opening a report you already generated never re-counts. If you hit the allotment, single $29 reports still work, and next month's allotment resets on your billing date.
ProfessionalWhat is the Professional Workbench?+
A decision-support lane for attested Florida and Texas attorneys and their supervised staff: judge- and motion-calibrated curated reasoning plus dual-AI analysis — arguments, counterarguments, procedural-strategy support, and calibrated outcome reading — over the verified case-law corpus. It requires the sworn professional attestation, an active membership, and explicit attorney confirmation; every statement must cite the corpus or it is deleted, and when an AI engine is unavailable it returns curated-only output with the reason shown. No outcome is ever guaranteed.

Yes — monthly plans cancel at period end, no retention calls. Your matters, follows, and alerts stay on the free tier; generated reports remain viewable.

Early access ended when billing activated on August 11, 2026; founding members who signed up before that day keep the rates they locked and their 7 free reports. From September 2, 2026 every new account receives free Premium Judge Intelligence Reports on a schedule: 7 for accounts created through November 30, 2026, 3 for accounts created in December 2026, and 1 for accounts created from January 1, 2027, each bucket valid 30 days from signup. The public tier — search, rule cards, checklists, the deadline calculator, judge comparison, the AI-rules tracker, the coverage map, and docket pulls from the clerk APIs — stays free.
EveryoneWhat if a live scan finds nothing for my judge?+
You are not charged. If the Live Case-Type Intelligence Scan finds no public rulings for the judge and case type you chose, that scan costs nothing — you pay for findings, never for absence. Sealed case types (adoption, juvenile, dependency, and the other categories the law closes) are refused up front with the legal basis shown, and never billed.
