AO 2026-014 (Pinellas County Court Judicial Assignments), effective May 1, 2026. AO 2026-027 (Pasco Circuit Court Judicial Assignments), effective July 1, 2026 — supersedes AO 2026-015. AO 2026-016 (Pasco County Court Judicial Assignments), effective June 1, 2026. THE DIRECTORY CAN BE STALE. A judge's profile page may carry courthouse or county metadata that a later assignment order has overridden. The controlling order governs. Confirmed example: Chief Judge Shawn Crane's directory metadata pointed to West Pasco, while AO 2026-017 assigns him to Pinellas Criminal Section J and Clearwater Civil Section 60. AO 2026-016 leaves multiple East Pasco county-court sections marked TBA. The circuit states 69 authorized judgeships (45 circuit, 24 county) while the directory exposes 68 named profiles — the difference is an authorized Pasco county seat that is vacant or unfilled.

The 17th Circuit's circuit-wide AI disclosure/certification mandate (Jan 2026, twice amended) was VACATED in its entirety effective June 15, 2026 by Chief Judge Phillips's AO 2026-19-Gen, expressly citing the statewide framework (AOSC26-12; Rule 2.515(d)(2), SC2026-0673). Several division procedure pages still cite the vacated order.
