Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • The undersigned recognizes that appointment of the RCC1 must continue to take place as a result of the requirements of the law. • In those cases, after the appointment of the RCC1, a copy of this order with the attachment shall be filed in these cases and shall serve as the record order of withdrawal. • Subsequent to the withdrawal of the RCC1, the procedure set forth in Paragraph 4 herein shall be followed. -- 1 of 2 -- 3. • Until further notice by this Court, the Clerk of Court of Escambia County and the Judges in the Escambia County Juvenile Delinquency divisions shall insure appointment of the RCC1 in those cases in which the Public Defender is granted leave to withdraw from a case because of a conflict. 4.
The undersigned recognizes that appointment of the RCC1 must continue to take place as a result of the requirements of the law.
