Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/20251110CollierCircuitDivAssign.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • IN THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR THE ST A TE OF FLORIDA •All new United Family Court cases filed after the date of this Order shall be assigned evenly and randomly to the judges serving in the aforementioned di visions (see page I) and are subject to reassignment under Rule 12 .003 • NO case shall be specifically assigned or reassigned without a written Order issued by the Chief Judge or Administrative • Orange shall be assigned to another judge in the same division. • When the Clerk reassigns a case in accordance with this Order, the clerk shall, so far as is reasonably practical, assign new cases in order to obtain an equal assignment of cases in the divisions. • Krier shall be assigned to another judge in the same division. • Krier wherein the attorney of record works in law firm of Rios, Suarez and Weinberg shall be assigned to another judge in the same division. • Foster wherein the attorney of record is Porter Wright shall be assigned to another judge in the same division. • When the Clerk reassigns a case in accordance with this Order, the clerk shall , so far as is reasonably practical, assign new cases in order to obtain an equal assignment of cases in the division s. • Brodie wherein the attorney of record works in the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood LLC shall be assigned to another judge in the same division.
