Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/CollierCircuitCourtDivAssign_070118.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • ORDER *All new United Family Court cases filed after the date of this Order shall be assigned evenly and randomly to the judges serving in the aforementioned divisions (see page 1) and are subject to reassignment under Rule 12.003 • NO case shall be specifically assigned or reassigned without a written Order issued by the Chief Judge or Administrative • Hayes wherein the attorney of record works in the law firm of Grant Fridkin Pearson, P .A. shall be reassigned to the Honorable Lauren L. • When the Clerk reassigns a case in accordance with the Order, the Clerk shall, so far as is reasonably practical, assign new cases in order to obtain an equal assignment of cases in the Circuit Civil, Probate and Guardianship divisions. • Krier wherein the attorney of record works in the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood shall be assigned to another judge in the same division. • When the Clerk reassigns a case in accordance with this Order, the clerk shall, so far as is reasonably practical, assign new cases in order to obtain an equal assignment of cases in the division.
