Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/TempAOJuvenileDependencycases_HurricaneDorian_expiresEOB091319.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • The foster parent(s) or out-of-home caregiver(s) shall contact the Florida Depaitment of Children and Families or its contract providers (the Department) in advance, if at all possible, and advise and obtain approval as to any potential evacuation plan, or if unable to contact in advance due to extreme exigent circumstances, shall contact the Department immediately thereafter and/or as soon as practicable after evacuation, so as to advise as to the location of the child or children and as to the plan. • The foster parent(s) or out-of-home caregiver(s) must be cognizant of the fact that the Department is ultimately responsible for !mowing the location of the child or children under the care of the foster parent(s) or out-of- home caregiver(s) at all times. • This Order shall automatically expire at the end of the business day of Friday, • September 13, 2019, after which all children shall be returned to the area.
