Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1976-10 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • 905.095 the te.rn:t of the Duval county G~and Jury, Fall Term 1975, shall be, and the same is hereby extended for a period of ninety (90) days, up to and including August 2, 1976, in order that the Grand JUry may conclude those investigations currently underway. • Said investigations shall be limited to allegations regarding the motor pool for the City of Jacksonville, and, certain other allegations regarding public officers in the City of Jacksonville, and all matters reasonably arising therefrom.
