Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1977-07 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • A central government enforcement system for the enforcement of support alimony or maintenance payments is hereby established and the administrator of said system shall be known as the Court Commissioner. • The Court Commissioner shall be authorized to pe~form those duties set·out in Florida Statutes, section 61.181(4) and city of Jacksonville Ordinance No. 76-781-401.
