'the cases relating to support sht..:Lt h~ disposed of within 90 days, 98% within six •months, and lOOi within one ¥eari and • WHEREAS," the Judicial Council has adopted a resolution that temporary support pe"titions be decided within 14 days; • Boyd, Jr., by virtue of the authority vested in me as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida, do hereby order all trial judges in this state assignB:d to hear ca.·ses relating to child and spousal suppori; to schedule for hearing within 15 days any c~se or'portion' of a case relating to obtaining temporary or enforcing child or spousal support. • Except in extraordinary circumstances the judges are directed to rule and enter their orders within 10 days of the 'hearing.
