Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1986-33A as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • For all work up to eight hours of work performed, a flat fee of $300.00- shall be paid, without requirement of documentation of services performed. • For representation exceeding eight hours, documentation of all services performed shall be required and compensation shall be at the rate of $40.00 per hour for in or out of court work for all hours. • Compensation for actual trial shall be at the rate of $50.00 per hour. • OFFICIAL ,(£cow~.. , ... r ..............~,. shall determine what work constitutes ·actual~·tr~al" work. • The foregoing formula shall apply in "C." of the previous Order (Misdemeanor Cases) and "D." of the previous Order (Juvenile Delinquency Cases).
