Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1998-10 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • YQ -- 1 of 4 -- (B) When noticing a hearing, all attomeys shall include the following language in the • (C) That every attorney filing a case in this Circuit shall be furnished the attached § Statement of Professionalism. • (F) That this Administrative Order shall take effect immediately and remain in effect until further Order ofthe Court, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Administrative Order shall apply unless otherwise ordered by the Court. • (G) That this Administrative Order shall be recorded in the Official Records of Duval, • Nassau and Clay Counties in the State of Florida, and copies shall be ftunished by the Clerks of each 2 1 1 ii 1 • In exercising this privilege, lawyers must not pursue victory at the expense ofjustice nor at the risk ofthe loss of the lawyer’s reputation for honesty and professionalism within the legal community. • Together, the Bench and Bar must protect the honor and integrity of the judicial system and improve the public trust and perception of the legal profession. • The Bench and Bar must work together to enhance communication, constructive problem-solving,respect, and courtesy between and among judges and lawyers. • Attomeys practicing in the Fourth Judicial Circuit must demonstrate professionalism, civility, courtesy, and cooperation in their dealings with one another and with the Court in order to assure the efficient administration ofjustice and to promote the public’s respect for and trust in our legal system.
