postTcommitment probation, and conditional release (Attachment A) in a juvenile case shall include the ERM (Attachment B) as a judicial option for addressing certain technical probation violations. • When the ERM had been used, DJJ or its designee shall not file a formal affidavit of violation of probation. • In each instance the ERM is used, the child’s file shall be documented to reflect the nature of the violation and the consequence imposed. , • This Administrative Order No. 2022-06 shall be recorded by the Clerk of the Court, in the Official Records of, Duval County, in the State of
