postTcommitment probation, and conditional release (Attachment A) in a juvenile case shall include the ERM (Attachment B) as a judicial option for addressing certain technical probation violations. • When the ERM had been used, DJJ or its designee shall not file a formal affidavit of violation of probation. • In each instance the ERM is used, the child’s file shall be documented to reflect the nature of the violation and the consequence imposed. , • This Administrative Order No. 2022-06 shall be recorded by the Clerk of the Court, in the Official Records of, Duval County, in the State of Florida, and shall take effect on April 27, 2022, and remain in full force ‘and effect unless and until otherwise ordered by the Court. • Commitment shall run: |:] concurrent with OR consecutive with
