Verbatim from https://ninthcircuit.org/sites/default/files/AO2023-02.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • Following a careful review of case filings and caseloads, Subdivision 41-3 is designated as a domestic violence subdivision and the caseload shall be modified as follows: • The Clerk of Court shall reassign domestic relations cases with active injunctions to the subdivision where the case with the active injunction is assigned. • The Clerk shall assign/reassign all other domestic relations cases to the domestic relations subdivisions in a manner so as to ensure the open and pending caseload for each subdivision remains as even as possible between subdivisions. • The Clerk shall randomly assign cases from the other domestic violence subdivisions that do not have any related domestic relations cases and have not had a final judgement entered within the last twenty-four (24) months in a proportion that leads to a balance in the open and pending caseload for each subdivision. • Going forward the Clerk shall populate subdivision 41-3 with domestic violence cases.
