AO 3.912 (signed April 24, 2026, effective May 18, 2026) creates and implements County Civil Division RC. Judge Marci Rex is assigned to RC by AO 11.101-06/2026. The division''s live page publishes transition instructions for cases transferred into the new division, UMC Monday through Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. (ten minutes total, five minutes per side), electronic courtesy materials three days before hearing, 15-minute special-set slots for matters unsuitable for UMC, and a direction that counsel respond to scheduling communications within one day. Practitioners with older county-civil cases should confirm whether the case moved to RC.

The 17th Circuit's circuit-wide AI disclosure/certification mandate (Jan 2026, twice amended) was VACATED in its entirety effective June 15, 2026 by Chief Judge Phillips's AO 2026-19-Gen, expressly citing the statewide framework (AOSC26-12; Rule 2.515(d)(2), SC2026-0673).
