The 15th Circuit serves every administrative order from a fixed path keyed to the order number (for example /administrative-orders/11.101.pdf). When an order is amended, the new version replaces the old one at the same URL. A citation to the URL alone does not identify a version, and archived links can silently change meaning.

Amendments overwrite the file in place: the current 11.101.pdf is amendment 06/2026 and supersedes 05/2026, but the URL is unchanged. Consequences: (1) a brief citing the URL does not pin a version — cite the order number, amendment suffix and signature date; (2) a link saved before an amendment now resolves to different text; (3) the same risk applies to 11.110 (cross-assignments) and 2.105-A, where the research pass flagged overwritten-path risk. The AO index itself also warns that the site may not reflect the complete current set of orders.

The 17th Circuit's circuit-wide AI disclosure/certification mandate (Jan 2026, twice amended) was VACATED in its entirety effective June 15, 2026 by Chief Judge Phillips's AO 2026-19-Gen, expressly citing the statewide framework (AOSC26-12; Rule 2.515(d)(2), SC2026-0673).
