It is important that all questions asked at the time of registration are complete and accurate. If clarification is needed, an email will be sent to the email address provided at registration with a 72-hour deadline to respond. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your registration. Remember to also monitor your spam/junk inbox during this time. Prior to the clinic, all participants will receive a copy of their “clinic worksheet” via email. This will outline all the steps you need to take to restore your driver license. It is important you review these instructions as you may find that we are not going to be able to assist you on the day of the clinic (i.e., you have out-of-county or out-of- state issues or have pending criminal cases). You may also find that the steps to restore your license are simple and should be done in advance of the clinic without having to appear in person. Please cancel your registration if you do not plan to attend.
