The hearing packet should include a copy of the e-filed Verified Checklist, e-filed Notice of Hearing, a proposed Final Judgment in WORD format, and all exhibits to be attached to the Final Judgment (e.g. MSA, Parenting Plan, Child Support Guidelines Worksheet, etc., marked sequentially as Exhibit A, B, C, etc., as indicated in the proposed Final Judgment).
