Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • A branch courthouse will be opened at the Juvenile Detention Facility located at 8th and Haines Streets, and shall be staffed by Judge L. • 24 of the Duval county Courthouse shall be transferred to the branch court facility and be assigned to the Judges in the divisions named herein. • In the event a jury trial is requested at the branch court facility on a traffic court misdemeanor, the case shall be trans- ferred to the Duval County courthouse to a County Court division as designated in the attached schedule. • All misdemeanors other than those previously alluded to in this order shall be divided equally among the other seven divisions of County court in accordance with the schedule attached hereto.
