Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • If the civil ci tation is not timely paid, the Marine Patrol Officer, before filing a charge with the State Attorney's Office under Florida Statute 327.72, shall obtain a copy of the unpaid citation from the Clerk's Office, and the original citation shall remain in the Clerk's Office. • The State Attorney's Office shall file charges under Florida Statute 327.72, for failure to pay a fine, specified in Florida Statute 327.73. • The defendant must attend his court appearancei however, at that time he may present proof of payment and receive a withhold of adjudication plus payment of appropriate court costs.
