Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • (B) Effective immediately, NARCISA HARAMBASIC shall be barred from filing further pleadings, claims, petitions, notices, or any other types of cases with the Clerk of the Court, unless she causes counsel who is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar to file and serve a notice of appearance of counsel within twenty (20) days in any of the pending claims; furthermore, Ms. • I-larambasic shall have such counsel sign all of her pleadings, claims, petitions, notices or any other filings and appear on her behalf in all of her pending cases recorded or filed in the Fourth Judicial Circuit; • (C) Pursuant to §68.093, Florida Statutes, unless the Chief Judge deems a new case, petition or action is not for purposes of harassment or delay, NARCISA HARAMBASIC shall be prohibited from commencing any further actions pro se and she shall be denied recording or filing by the Clerk of the Court; • I (D) Effective immediately, NARCISA HARAMBASIC shall be prohibited from filing or recording any new papers, petitions or actions in the Fourth Judicial Circuit unless (a) 4 v -- 4 of 6 -- OR BK 18399 PAGE 1838 2018. cc: - the filings are legitimate;
