Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • NOW THEREFORE, by the authority vested in me as the Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit-, acting in consultation with other Circuit Judges and pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.490 and Florida Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.215, it is, ' ORDERED that: -1) Kimber Strawbridge is appointed to be a Special Magistrate for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. _ 2) Kimber Strawbridge shall be authorized to perform the responsibilities of Special Magistrate in conjunction with the Remote Civil Jury Trial Pilot Program authorized by the Supreme Court of Florida pursuant to AOSC20=23 Amendment 3, AOSC20-23 Amendment 4, AOSC20-23 Amendment 5, AOSC20-23 Amendment 7 AOSC20-31, and AOSC20-31. • Amendment 1, and shall be further authorized to perform the responsibilities of Special Magistrate in conjunction with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Fourth Judicial Circuit and the National Center for State Courts. . -- 1 of 2 -- OR BK 19992 PAGE 29 3) This Administrative Order shall be recorded by the Clerk of Court, in the Official Records of Duval County, in the State of Florida, and shall take effect immediately and remain in full force and effect unless and until otherwise ordered by the Court. _ DONE in Chambers at Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, this day of November 2021.
