Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams will be permitted access into the Duval County, Clay County, and Nassau County Courthouses and Annexes only on Friday mornings (provided the Courthouse is open for business) and only briefly, until he accomplishes what he has come to the Courthouse to do, but in any event, for a period of time that shall not exceed one (1) hour. • Williams shall always provide a 48-hour advance notice on the Wednesday prior to the Friday morning, so appropriate arrangements can be prepared to ensure he is escorted by at least one Courthouse Security Officer; • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams will be prohibited from gaining access into the Duval County, Clay County, and Nassau County Courthouses and Annexes any other day of the week, unless the Court requires his 2 -- 2 of 5 -- attendance, in which case he must provide a 48-hour advance notice to arrange to be escorted by a security officer and provide the officer with proof or confirmation that he is required by the Court to attend a certain court proceeding; • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams will be prohibited from gaining access to the 7th Floor of the Duval County Courthouse, unless he is accompanied by his counsel or unless the Court requires him to attend a court proceeding, in which case he must provide a 48-hour advance notice to arrange to be escorted by a security officer and provide the officer upon arrival with written proof or confirmation (e.g., Notice of Hearing) that he is required by the Court to attend a certain court proceeding at that date and time; • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams is prohibited from gaining access to the 7th Floor receptionist area of the Duval County Courthouse; • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams shall have such counsel sign all of his pleadings, claims, petitions, notices, etc. and appear on his behalf in all of his pending and future cases recorded or filed in the Fourth Judicial Circuit; • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams is prohibited from filing or recording any new papers, pet-itions, or actions in the Fourth Judicial Circuit unless (a) they are legitimate; • Ishmal Ibn Basil Williams is prohibited from violating any Court procedures or rules, or failing to otherwise follow instructions provided to him by Courthouse staff or Judicial Officers, including security officers, bailiffs, courtroom personnel, or Judges, and a failure to do so will subject him to a contempt of Court;
