Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1985-30 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • Court is to accept a check from the Salvation Army for the amount of the costs which must be no less than that which is required by Florida Statutes §960.20 and §960.25 in each case, plus any portion of the fine which the Salvation Army has collected and only if the Salvation Army has had no contact with the defendant for a period of not less than six months. • This partial payment shall only apply to those cases assigned to the Salvation • Army, and the amount imposed for the fines and costs to the Clerk of the County Court shall in no way negate the VOP capias unless, in the discretion of the issuing judge, the capias shall be re- called, provided the requirements within the Florida Statute mandating the amount of the fine have been met.
