Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1989-12 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • T WHEREAS, Florida Statute §27.3455(1) (1988) provides that when any person pleads guilty or nolo contendere to, or is found guilty of any felony under the laws of the State of Florida, there "shall" be imposed a cost of $200.00 in addition to any other cost • WHEREAS, Florida Statute §27.3455(1) (1988) further provides that the Clerk of the Court shall collect such additional costs; and \ • WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 5960.20 (1988) provides that when any person pleads guilty or nolo contenders to, or is convicted of any felony under the laws of the State of Florida, there "shall" be imposed as an additional cost in the case, in addition and prior to any other cost required to be imposed by law, the sum of $20.00, now therefore, it is: • Felony court costs in the amount of $200.05 shall be imposed. • Crimes Compensation Trust Fund costs in the amount of $20.00 shall be imposed. ‘ _
