Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 2004-20 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • The Chiefludge shall designate the official headquarters ofeaeh Circuit Judge. • The official headquarters for each Judicial Assistant shall be the same as the Judge to which they are assigned so long as the Judicial Assistant does not reside in the county to which the respective Circuit Judge travels. • Administrative Order shall have a right to reimbursement for mileage equal to the difference in mileage from their respective home to the official Courthouse to which they are assigned, and the mileage from their respective home to the (Tourthouse to which they actually travel. • No vicinity mileage shall be allowed unless incurred in traveling between Courthouses within the Circuit or for such other purpose necessary for the administration of justice, • Judicial Assistant and authorized by the Chief Judge or designee, the Court Administrator shall consider such request for travel reimbursement pursuant to Section 939.08, Florida Statutes, as reasonable, necessary and legal. • This Administrative Order shall remain in effect until further Order of the Court and all the terms and conditions set forth in this Administrative Order shall apply unless otherwise Ordered -- 2 of 3 -- by the Court. gl 5. • This .#\dininist1·ative Order shall be recorded in the Official Records of Duval, Clay and r~·
