Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 2015-02 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • WHEREAS, on March 27, 2015, an Administrative Order No. 2015-2 was entered, ordering I-Iozse ‘Lamar Milton to show cause within 20 days of the date of the Order as to why he should not be barred from appearing in prapia persona in the courts of the Fourth Judicial • Milton shall be barred from filing further pleadings, papers, motions, claims, petitions, notices, or any other cases with the Clerk of • Furthermore, Hozae Lamar Milton shall have such counsel sigp all future pleadings, c]aims,_petitions,_papers. etc,. filed on his behalf and appear on his behalf in all pending and future cases recorded or filed in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. • That, effective immediately, I-lozae Lamar Milton shall be prohibited from filing or recording any new papers, petitions or actions in the Fourth Judicial Circuit (Duval, Clay or • Hozae Lamar Milton attempts to file pro se as a Plaintiff or Petitioner shall be rejected and not accepted by the Cleplg of Court for purposes of recording or filing. • That this Amended Administrative Order No. 2015-2 shall be recorded by the Clerk of 2 -- 2 of 3 -- • OR BK 17145 PAGE 1937 the Court, in the Ofticial Records of Duval County, in the State of Florida, and shall take effect immediately and remain in full force and effect unless and until otherwise ordered by the Court.
