Who publishes BenchPath, and how it is verified

Public court procedure is public record, but public does not mean easy to find. BenchPath organizes it from the official sources and shows its work.

Publisher: LegalDraft Technologies LLC (BenchPath is its product; the platform is independent of every court it covers)
Founder: Eric Milestone, Founder & CEO — founded BenchPath while in law school after litigation-practice work kept surfacing court and division requirements that were public record yet scattered
What it publishes: Local court rules, administrative and standing orders, division procedures and judge practice preferences, each cited to the official source with its verification date and confidence
What it does not do: Choose a motion, form, argument or strategy for anyone's matter; predict or rate judges; imply court endorsement. Procedural information only — not legal advice
States: Florida (all 20 judicial circuits and 67 counties) and Texas (covered counties by administrative judicial region; queued counties say so)

How to read a BenchPath record

Every rule page names its official source, the date it was last verified against that source, and a confidence label whose meaning is defined on the methodology page. The coverage page reads the live totals and names the gaps; the source registry lists every monitored official source with its check cadence.
