Who publishes BenchPath, and how it is verified
Public court procedure is public record, but public does not mean easy to find. BenchPath organizes it from the official sources and shows its work.

- Florida (all 20 judicial circuits and 67 counties), Texas (all 254 counties, closed region by region against the courts' own records) and California (all 58 counties, closed county by county against the courts' own records, with the First and Second Appellate Districts)
How to read a BenchPath record
Every rule page names its official source, the date it was last verified against that source, and a confidence label whose meaning is defined on the methodology page. The coverage page reads the live totals and names the gaps; the source registry lists every monitored official source with its check cadence.
