A copy of the resolution of intention shall be published pursuant to Section 6062 of the Government Code in a newspaper of general circulation published in the proposed special improvement district, if there is one, and if none, then in a newspaper published in the district. If no newspaper is published in the district, the resolution of intention shall be published in a newspaper published in the county and circulated in the district, and copies shall be posted in three public places in the proposed special improvement district at least 10 days before the day fixed for the hearing.
