AO 2.004/26-2 (Circuit Court Division Assignments; Official Headquarters), signed June 24, 2026 by Chief Judge Timothy J. Koenig, sets every circuit judge's division and official headquarters for July 1 through December 31, 2026, and rescinds AO 2.004/26-1 on July 1, 2026. Official headquarters: Jones, Koenig and Helms in Key West; Morgan at Plantation Key. County assignments run under AO 2.005/25-2 (eff. Oct 20, 2025), and all four county judges additionally carry temporary all-division circuit authority under AO 12.003/26-2 for the same period. Effective June 15, 2026, every signer of a Florida court filing — attorney or self-represented — represents that "the legal authorities identified exist and are accurately cited," with express sanctions (reprimand, contempt, striking, dismissal, costs, fees) for violations.
