CIRCUIT COURT JURISDICTION

The jurisdiction of the circuit courts is concurrent with that of The Florida Bar under these Rules of Discipline. The forum first asserting jurisdiction in a disciplinary matter retains jurisdiction to the exclusion of the other forum until the final determination of the cause. No history provided as of 1/1/10, amended November 9, 2017, effective February 1, 2018 (234 So.3d 632).
