REINSTATEMENT
Text — October 1, 2026 edition
A member deemed delinquent for failure to meet the continuing legal education requirement may be reinstated in accordance with rule 1-3.7, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Added July 16, 1987, effective Jan. 1, 1988 (510 So.2d 585). Amended Sept. 21, 1989, effective Oct. 1, 1989 (548 So.2d 1120); Feb. 15, 1990 (556 So.2d 1119); Oct. 10, 1991, effective Jan. 1, 1992 (587 So.2d 1121); November 19, 2009, effective February 1, 2010 (SC08-1890) (34 Fla.L.Weekly S628a).
