§ 215.845, Fla. Stat. · Chapter 215. FINANCIAL MATTERS: GENERAL PROVISIONS
Certain special laws establishing interest rates on bonds prohibited.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
Pursuant to s. 11(a)(21), Art. III of the State Constitution, the Legislature hereby prohibits any special law providing for the establishment of an interest rate on bonds in excess of the maximum prescribed in s. 215.84(3) or providing any procedure for exceeding such interest rate, which procedure conflicts with that prescribed in s. 215.84(4).
