Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund authorized to exchange lands with individuals.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
The Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund may, in its discretion, exchange state lands with private landowners, and, in turn, exchange any lands so acquired with the United States for government-owned lands, to facilitate the carrying out of the purpose described in s. 285.04.
