§ 337.166, Fla. Stat. · Chapter 337. CONTRACTING; ACQUISITION, DISPOSAL, AND USE OF PROPERTY
Moneys recovered for violations of antitrust laws.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
In accordance with the provisions of s. 16.53, 30 percent of all moneys recovered from a contractor or its affiliate on behalf of the state by reason of any decree or settlement in any state or federal antitrust claim prosecuted by the Attorney General shall be deposited in the Legal Affairs Revolving Trust Fund. The remainder of the moneys recovered shall be deposited in the State Transportation Trust Fund instead of the General Revenue Fund as generally provided under s. 16.53.
