§ 465.006, Fla. Stat. · Chapter 465. PHARMACY
Disposition of fees; expenditures.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
All moneys received under this chapter shall be deposited and expended pursuant to the provisions of s. 456.025. All expenditures for duties of the board authorized by this chapter shall be paid upon presentation of vouchers approved by the executive director of the board.
