Gift of sample nicotine products and nicotine dispensing devices.

Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
The gift of sample nicotine products to any person under the age of 21 by an entity permitted under this part, or by an employee of such entity, is prohibited and is punishable as provided in s. 569.41.
