Directors; oath of office.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
Before entering upon the duties of his or her office, each director of the department shall take and subscribe to the same oath of office as required of state officers by s. 5, Art. II of the State Constitution. Such oath must be filed with the Department of State.
