§ 617.0747, Fla. Stat. · Chapter 617. NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS
Applicability to foreign corporations.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation brought in the courts of this state, the matters covered by ss. 617.0741-617.0747 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation, except for ss. 617.0743, 617.0745, and 617.0746.
