§ 876.24, Fla. Stat. · Chapter 876. CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER
Membership in subversive organization; penalty.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
It shall be unlawful for any person to become or to remain a member of a subversive organization or a foreign subversive organization knowing said organization to be a subversive organization or foreign subversive organization. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
