§ 876.29, Fla. Stat. · Chapter 876. CRIMINAL ANARCHY, TREASON, AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER
Subversive person prohibited from holding office or employment.
Text — 2026 Florida Statutes
No subversive person, as defined in s. 876.22, shall, after conviction, be eligible for employment in, or appointment to, any office or any position of trust or profit in the government of, or in the administration of the business of this state, or of any county, municipality, or other political subdivision of this state.
