Judge Daryl Isenhower was born in West Palm Beach, Florida in 1970. As a young man he was involved in athletics and the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He was a member of the first graduating class of Palm Beach Lakes High School in 1989. He graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University in 1993 with a BS in Accounting. Judge Isenhower earned his JD from the Florida State University College of Law in 1996 where he earned Book Awards in Torts and Tax Ethics.
In 1996 Judge Isenhower began working as an Assistant State Attorney for Bruce Colton in the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida. While an Assistant State Attorney, Judge Isenhower prosecuted misdemeanor cases (1996-1997) and felony cases (1997-2002) as a line prosecutor, prosecuted all firearms cases in St. Lucie County (2002-2005), supervised other Assistant State Attorneys (2005-2007), and prosecuted major crimes (2007-2015). During his time as an ASA, Judge Isenhower tried over 190 jury trials. He prosecuted some of our area’s most serious and high profile cases during that time.
Judge Isenhower has been involved with various organizations including The Hundred Club of St. Lucie County, Big Brothers Big Sisters of St Lucie County’s Bowl for Kids’ Sake, the Treasure Coast Symphony, the St. Lucie County Bar Association, The Port St. Lucie Bar Association, and the Treasure Coast Seminole Club.
In December 2015 Judge Isenhower was appointed to the Saint Lucie County bench and serves the citizens of Saint Lucie County in both Criminal and Small Claims Court.
