Taylor County Clerk local rules addendum established August 1, 2025, for County Court cases only: in probate and guardianship cases filed in the Taylor County Court, a $500.00 attorney ad litem deposit is tendered to the appointed attorney before a disposition hearing can be set; the attorney ad litem holds the deposit in trust, returns any unused portion to the applicant's attorney within seven business days after the disposition hearing, tracks time and submits a proposed order to the County Judge; fees above $500 may be billed, and the applicant is responsible for fees once the County Court Judge signs the order approving attorney ad litem fees.
Taylor County Clerk local rules addendum effective September 1, 2026, for County Court cases only, restating the County Court Judge's Standing Order for Non-Attorney Pro Se Litigants in Taylor County Probate Cases: a non-attorney pro se litigant may apply to be executor only if appointed executor in a valid will and the only beneficiary under it, and may apply for a muniment of title only as the sole beneficiary under a valid will; such a litigant may still represent a sole estate interest in a multi-beneficiary estate when not applying to be executor or for a muniment of title; by filing, a pro se litigant attests eligibility under the standing order and acknowledges that filing fees are unlikely to be refunded.
No judge-scoped deadlines on this tab. Deadlines are extracted only when the source rule text states them — we never infer or calculate dates the rule does not explicitly contain. 9 rule deadlines apply in this courtroom across all layers — assembled with citations in the Full Premium Report.
Timing shown here is quoted from the rule text. Compute your actual date against the court's calendar and the rule itself — not legal advice.
No verified ruling summary yet. BenchPath generates ruling summaries from opinion and docket corpora (CourtListener where covered) and publishes them only after human review — fabricated judicial analytics are exactly what this platform refuses to ship.
The attributed-opinion corpus covers Florida appellate decisions today; a Texas opinion corpus is a separate build. Absence here is a coverage statement, never evidence about this judge.

Answer three quick questions. The platform pulls Phil Crowley's full public case-law record from the source, newest first — your matter never narrows the pull; it directs the relevance ranking and the dual-AI analysis. Every hit comes back Bluebook-cited with the opinion's own words quoted verbatim. The scan takes the time precision takes.
