BenchPath.ai today published a monthly procedure-change digest at benchpath.ai/changes. Each month's page lists the published court rules, administrative and standing orders and judge profiles whose substantive content changed in that month, grouped by state and by judicial circuit (Florida) or administrative judicial region (Texas), with every entry linking the verified record and its official source.
The digest reads BenchPath's content clock — a hash of each record's substantive fields (text, citation, status, scope and effective date) that moves only when one of them changes. The clock has run since September 9, 2026; for earlier months the digest reflects when records were created or last substantively updated as recorded at the time, and the pages say so.
What the digest is, and is not
The digest is a navigation record: it says which records changed and when, and links each one. It does not summarize what changed inside a record — the record page carries its own verified text, citation, confidence label and last-verified date — and it is not a substitute for a court's own notice. A record that was re-verified against its source without any change does not appear.
The newest fifty changes remain available continuously through the Atom feed at benchpath.ai/feed.xml, and the AI filing-rules trackers for Florida and Texas continue to publish their own dated change logs and CSV exports.
