Arguments, counterarguments, procedural-strategy support, and calibrated outcome reading all require that verified access, and the platform enforces its evidence rules mechanically: every statement must cite the corpus or it is deleted before output, consensus takes two independent AI engines with a reconsideration round, and when an engine is unavailable the workbench returns curated-only output with the reason shown. No outcome is ever guaranteed.
Every analysis writes an immutable receipt — model, prompt version, inputs, and citations — so a firm can always show where a line of reasoning came from. The licensed attorney supervises the tool and makes every final decision.
Self-serve verification with real enforcement
Professional access is granted on a sworn credential attestation with the bar number provided, recorded in timestamped receipts, and BenchPath runs internal compliance checks on professional accounts. Submitting false credentials is treated as fraud under the professional agreement's enforcement terms.
