In processing a Notice on Hearing About Court Fees (Judicial Council form FW-007), the clerk may issue a notice granting the hearing, a notice denying it if the request was not filed within ten days after notice of the fee waiver denial (Government Code section 68634(g)), or a notice denying it if no request to waive fees has been denied. Issue a notice of hearing denying the request for hearing if it was not filed within ten days after notice of the denial of the request for a fee waiver (Government Code section 68634(g)); or, 3.
