Later appeals in the same dependency case by a party to a prior appeal: the record is augmented with the clerk's and reporter's transcripts of the previous appeal(s) and prepared as a clerk's transcript of the rule 8.407(a) items filed after the judgment or order under the prior appeal and a reporter's transcript of any hearing that resulted in the order under the later appeal.

Rule 9. Record in later appeals in the same dependency cases In a later appeal in a dependency case filed by a party in a prior appeal in the case, the record is augmented with the clerk’s and reporter’s transcripts in the previous appeal(s), and the record shall be prepared as follows: (1) A clerk’s transcript containing the items listed under California Rules of Court rule 8.407 (a) [normal clerk’s transcript] which were filed after the judgment or order which was the subject of the prior appeal. (2)A reporter’s transcript of the oral proceedings at any hearing which resulted in the order that is the subject of the later appeal.
