The hearing transcripts page: the case types reported by a Certified Shorthand Reporter or electronically recorded by the court (juvenile, criminal felonies, mental health), whose transcripts may be produced on request, and those not reported or recorded (criminal misdemeanors, family law and family support, domestic violence, civil, probate, traffic, small claims, adoptions), for which a transcript is available only if a party provided a privately hired court reporter; requests routed to the reporter or the Digital Services Team, which gives a cost estimate; and recorded transcripts produced by a scopist and paid for directly.

Request Transcripts for Reported and Recorded Hearings Use the below request form to request transcripts from Reported or Recorded Hearings. Not all hearings are reported by a Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) or Electronically Recorded by the Court. Please refer to the chart below before submitting your request. Reported/Recorded Case Type: A transcript may be produced upon request Case Types NOT Reported/Recorded: A transcript will not be available unless a party provided their own, privately-hired court reporter Juvenile Criminal Felonies Mental Health Criminal Misdemeanors Family Law/Family Support Domestic Violence Civil Probate Traffic Small Claims Adoptions If your hearing was reported or recorded, you may purchase transcripts of the proceedings. Please use the below form to submit your request. If the hearing was reported, your request will be routed to the corresponding CSR who reported your hearing. If the hearing was recorded, your request will be routed to the Digital Services Team. The CSR or Digital Services Team will provide a cost estimate for the requested transcripts. Recorded transcripts are produced by a scopist. Requesting party will pay the scopist directly and receive the transcripts in electronic format. Submit Transcript Request Questions?
