Every party attending mediation completing the Online Mediation Orientation, about 45 minutes on what to expect in mediation and the Child Custody Recommending Counseling process - the video California Child Custody Mediation: Focus on the Child's Needs, watched in its entirety, and the Family Court Services Information Presentation, reviewed in its entirety (a download if it will not display) - and a Certificate of Completion for each filled out and submitted to the court for filing.

If you are attending mediation, you must complete the Online Mediation Orientation. The orientation will take approximately 45 minutes to complete and will tell you what to expect for the mediation and Child Custody Recommending Counseling process. Once you have finished the orientation you must submit the respective certificates of completion.
